THE APPROACH
In the initial phase, we delineated distinct customer segments and key decision-makers within health systems who are likely to express interest in a smartphone-based test for screening or diagnosing obstructive sleep apnea.
While the conventional association might lead one to consider sleep clinics, our extensive analysis surfaced various other potential segments where the identification of sleep apnea plays a pivotal role. Our primary focus was on pinpointing avenues for operational efficiency and financial optimization without cannibalizing existing business. This resulted in two very specific strategic areas for the client to focus on.
RESULTS
With a well-defined strategy for positioning the solution within health systems and armed with a comprehensive ROI calculator, the client significantly expedited the transition from generating initial interest to engaging in substantive discussions.
