Kamal is an industry leader with 15+ years of experience in digital health from a provider perspective, most recently at MassGeneral Brigham, with a background in digital health strategy, product design, and clinical research and validation. Kamal has developed and implemented 100+ digital health programs and is widely published in the value digital health can bring to healthcare delivery.

Ann has 20+ years’ experience in digital healthcare organizations focused on sales growth with a long track record of devising product market fit and building successful sales organizations with over $100M in revenues.

Most recently Ann served as the VP of Digital Healthcare Strategy at Optum Advisory Services, where she focused on payer, provider and pharmacy benefits projects. Ann has also helped several start-ups devising sales and scaling strategies in virtual reality, remote patient monitoring, telemedicine, patient engagement and AI. She has helped in several VC raises with ties to the investment community.

Sarah joins the team with over 8 years of experience in strategy, innovation, and entrepreneurship. She has advised companies such as Pfizer, UCB Biopharma, and Siemens Healthineers on digital health strategies, and has guided Switzerland’s most promising hi-tech start-ups when working for >>venture>>, the country’s leading start-up competition. Sarah holds a PhD in business economics and a master’s degree in business engineering.

Manasvini brings experience in both strategy consulting, and investing in healthcare and consumer tech companies. As part of of her work at BCG, India and L. Catterton, Singapore she advised a diverse set of companies from startups to mature Fortune 500 companies on complex business projects including growth strategy, go-to-market strategy, fundraising, and business transformation projects.
