Following our assessment, we embarked on a strategic overhaul of the CoCM business model, with the primary objective of optimizing profitability. As a result, we identified the need to partner with an end-to-end CoCM vendor to drive this transformation.

Equipped with a well-defined strategy to boost patient enrollment and enhance profitability, the client was able to establish a collaboration with a CoCM vendor on short notice, resulting in additional revenue and profit within the first year of implementation already.
